You can never be too prepared! Nobody ever plans to have an allergic reaction, but accidents can (and do!) happen. Unfortunately, sometimes such accidents happen when nobody who knows how to help is around. Therefore, it’s a good idea for you to know what should be done if you have an allergic reaction. And, you know what they say – practice makes perfect!
In addition, if your doctor has prescribed an epinephrine kit for you, you should learn how to use it. Ask your parents if a trainer is available to help you do this.
